    Windermere Island is a private gated island community that is only accessible to visitors if they are renting one of the vacation homes.   There is a private club with a pool, tennis courts and restaurant that is open to residents and guests staying in the vacation rentals.   Windermere Island has a spectacular private sandy beach running the entire 5 mile length of it that residents and guests have exclusive access to.    Please contact property owners or managers for up to date rates and availability.
